The Hadi Shrine Funsters is a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to spreading joy, laughter, and community spirit while supporting the Hadi Shrine, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and the Red Sneaker Fund.
By requesting, booking, or hosting the Hadi Shrine Funsters for an event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Event Acceptance
The Hadi Shrine Funsters reserve the right to accept or decline any event request at our sole discretion. Event availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Funsters.

 

 

2. Event Cancellation

The Hadi Shrine Funsters reserve the right to cancel an event at any time, including on short or immediate notice, due to circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, volunteer availability, emergencies, or other unforeseen conditions. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the event organizer as soon as possible.

 

 

3. Donations
The Hadi Shrine Funsters operate through donations received from events and community support. While our services may be provided without a set fee, we kindly ask that hosts consider making a donation to the unit when booking the Funsters. Donations directly support the Funsters’ mission and charitable efforts.

 

 

4. Volunteer Participation
All Funsters are volunteers who generously donate their time and talents. The number of clowns, types of activities, and length of appearances may vary depending on volunteer availability.

 

 

5. Fundraising Purpose
Funds and donations received through Funster appearances help support the Hadi Shrine Funsters, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and the Red Sneaker Fund. By hosting the Funsters, you acknowledge and support these charitable fundraising efforts.

 

 

6. Social Media, Photography, and Video Acknowledgement
The Hadi Shrine Funsters are active on social media platforms. Events requested may be photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes, including use on social media, websites, and other media platforms.
We will make a reasonable effort to avoid photographing or recording individuals who do not wish to be included; however, due to the nature of live events, we cannot guarantee that all individuals will be excluded from photos or video.
By booking the Hadi Shrine Funsters, you acknowledge and agree that you and others in attendance may be photographed or recorded and waive any rights to compensation, approval, or claims related to the use of such images or recordings.
7. Conduct and Safety
Event hosts are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for volunteers and attendees. The Hadi Shrine Funsters reserve the right to limit or stop activities if conditions are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

 

 

8. Agreement
By requesting or hosting the Hadi Shrine Funsters, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
